Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay at the VITALIA Seehotel. We have compiled the most important information for you in a clear and concise manner so that you can plan your trip with ease and enjoy it without any worries.

When can I check in and check out?
- Reserved rooms and apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Late check-out is only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation with reception.
Does the hotel have its own parking spaces?
- Yes. Hotel guests can park on the hotel’s parking lot directly in front of the hotel for a reduced rate of €7 per day / €8 per night. Upon entry, you will receive a ticket, which you can exchange for an exit card at the reception when leaving.
- Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved and availability is limited.
Can I use free Wi-Fi?
- Yes, you can use our free WiFi network in all rooms, as well as in the lobby, the restaurant and the conference rooms.
- The access code can be found at reception and in your room.
What are the reception hours?
- Our hotel reception is open daily from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- If you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM, please contact us in advance by phone at +49 4551 802-80, so we can provide you with a code for the key box.
How can I pay?
- Payment can be made in cash, by EC card and credit cards accepted in the hotel, or in advance by bank transfer.
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express.
What are the restaurant hours?
- During the week, our restaurant is open for hotel guests from 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM for breakfast, and from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM for lunch and dinner.
- On weekends, we offer a breakfast buffet from 06:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Hot meals are served from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- On Fridays and public holidays, we also offer a variety of coffee and cake from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
How can I reserve a table at the restaurant?
- Please reserve a table at the lakeside restaurant on site or by phone at +49 4551 802-9450.
Do I need to reserve a table at the restaurant if I have half board?
- No, if you have booked half board, we will automatically reserve a table for you in the restaurant.
- Dinner as part of half board is served from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the lakeside restaurant.
Are there additional charges for using the Vitalia SPA?
- For hotel guests, the use of the Vitalia SPA is included from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival to 9:00 PM on the day of departure.
How can I book wellness treatments?
- All treatments in the VITALIA Spa can be requested and booked at the reception or by phone at: +494551 802-9480 ((daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Will I receive towels and a bathrobe on site?
- Yes, towels are provided in your room. Please feel free to contact our reception if you need fresh towels.
- Sauna towels are available at the reception in the SPA. A bathrobe is provided free of charge at the hotel reception.
Is the bedding allergy-friendly?
- Our bed linen is made from 100% cotton.
- Our duvet covers do not contain any down filling.
Can I get a different pillow?
- Yes, as an alternative to our standard pillows, we offer a selection of other pillows. Please contact the hotel reception desk at +49 4551 802-80.
Can I get my laundry cleaned?
- Yes, you can drop off your laundry by 10:00 a.m. and pick it up the following day by 11:00 a.m.
- If you have opted for dry cleaning, please allow at least 3 working days.
- The corresponding price list and a laundry bag can be found in the wardrobe in your room.
- If you need an iron and ironing board, please contact housekeeping or reception.
Are the rooms equipped with a safe?
- Yes, all rooms except for the family room have a safe where you can store your personal valuables.
- Alternatively, you can leave your valuables in a locker at the reception desk.
Do the rooms have a minibar?
- A minibar is only available in our suites.
- But you can purchase a small selection of drinks (mineral water, soft drinks, beer) and snacks (sweets, peanuts, crisps) at reception.
What do I need to bear in mind when making phone calls?
- If you wish to make an external call using the telephone in your room, please dial "0" or the M4 key and then the phone number.
Is a wake-up service offered?
- Yes, we are happy to wake you up personally by telephone.
- Please inform reception of your wake-up request.
What are the opening hours of the Leonardo Bar?
The opening hours of the Leonardo Bar are as follows:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Friday: 7:00 PM - Open end
- Saturday: 7:00 PM - Open end
- Sunday: Closed
Is the hotel a non-smoking hotel?
- Yes, smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Please use the outdoor areas for this purpose.
- In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge you a special cleaning fee of 150 €.
