We know our suppliers, so you know where your meal comes from.

Schleswig-Holstein, our region, is a synonym for fresh products, sustainable fishery and livestock. We know the farmers who provide us with regional beef and count on sustainable fish farming from Schlewig-Holstein’s suppliers. We guarantee fresh, regional and seasonal selected products.

Daily, we offer an extensive breakfast buffet with freshly made smoothies and a variety of egg dishes which can be ordered in our kitchen.

Our specialties are typical regional and traditional dishes, e.g. a gigot from the regional “Salzwiesenlamm” (salt marsh lamp), slowly cooked in the oven.

Our barbecue is well-known and famous! During the summer months, we have a barbecue on our restaurant terrace on Saturday afternoon - wonderful lake view included.

Furthermore, we offer 300 excellent wines from all over the world, especially from Germany, Italy and South Africa. Please join, try and learn!

Our hotel director will introduce you to the world of wines and presents you the wines from South Africa which have exclusively been created for the VITALIA Seehotel.

Opened daily. 30 different types of gin and 50 different whisky brands. We also offer continuously new cocktails, created by our professional barkeeper team.
